FLAME GUARD P- 018
Flame Guard P - 018 is a formulated flame retardant containing combination of Phosphorus, halogen Bromine & chlorine that can be used in wide variety of PU Foam particularly low density slab stock foam. Also it is effective flame retardant in Plastics where transparency is required to be maintained.

APPLICATIONS
Flame Guard P - 018 is a recommended for use in Flexible PU slab stock foam application especially low density slab stock foam application for stringent Flame Retardency requirement.
It can also be used as a transparent flame retardant in PVC tubes, FRP sheets for roofing etc.
Recommended dosage
10-12% based on total weight of Polyol for passing stringent Flame retardancy standard such as UL-94 foam standard, FMVSS 302, German DIN 4102 class B2.
It can also be used in moulded foam for achieving self-extinguishing property at lower dosage.
PACKING
Standard packing - 25 kg Plastic container, 25 kg plastic carboy.
We can also supply in special packing as per customer’s requirement.
Storage & Handling
Store in clean and dry cool place with proper name, weight, trade mark and batch number.
