FLAME GUARD D

Flame Guard D is a Fine Powder of Antimony Trioxide and Brominated additive for Flame Retardant purpose.

CHEMICAL & PHYSICAL

DOSAGE RECOMMENDED

15 - 20 & depending on Oxygen Index & UL-94 requirement for thermo sets. For Thermoplastics such as PP for VO rating around 30% dosage are recommended depending on the other ingredients.

Maximum Recommended Processing Temperature: 350^oC

APPLICATIONS

Flame Guard D is excellent flame retardant for use in High impact polystyrene. Thermoplastic polyester (PET, PBT), SMC, LDPE, PP (HOMO & COPOLYMER) ABS, Nylon etc., It is also very effective for making Flame retardant Paints and coatings including PU paint, Epoxy Paint etc.,

PACKING

Standard packing – 25 kg Paper bag.
We can also supply in special packing as per customer’s requirement.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Store in clean & Dry cool place with proper name, weight, trade mark and batch number.
